    The thesis is devoted to enterprise mortgage institution research, while enterprise is considered as a property complex unit. Author investigates the reasons of property complex mortgage legal relations origin and legal regime of property complex elements in mortgage legal relations. Analyzed and ascertained regularities of the property complex mortgage institute resulted in suggestions as to the improvement of the Ukrainian legislation system and recommendations concerning its practical usage.
