Although Poland remains outside the group of the states that are obliged to apply Rome I II , its rulings are not entirely irrelevant for the Polish legal order, e.g. because the governing law of Poland may result from them. Moreover, it cannot be ruled out that Poland will decide to join the group of states participating in the enhanced cooperation.
