The study emphasizes the need for comprehensive support, including qualification recognition, language training, and professional retraining. Despite their education and experience, refugees face challenges such as language barriers and diploma recognition. Low-skilled jobs provide basic stability, but hinder full professional potential. Programs offering language preparation and career counseling are vital for faster adaptation. Poland’s labor market, with its growing demand for qualified professionals, offers opportunities for refugees if integration barriers are addressed, benefiting both their adaptation and Poland’s economy.enCC BY-NC-ND 4.0integrationUkrainian women refugeeseducation sectorprofessional adaptationlanguage traininglabor marketBezpieczeństwo narodowe i wewnętrzneIntegration of Ukrainian women refugees into the education sector in PolandArtykuł2451-0718https://doi.org/10.48269/2451-0718-btip-2025-1-013
