It considers the possibilities of creating accountable technologies using the concept of responsible entrepreneurship, responsible innovativeness and the CSR (Corporate social responsibility). Attention was paid to the relations between entrepreneurship and technological development. The significance of knowledge management in the context of technology development was emphasized. The study indicates the place of entrepreneurship and innovativeness in select theories concerning the management science. It characterizes entrepreneurship and technological innovativeness, referring to the aspects of social – including environmental – responsibility. Attention was paid to the place of technology in the value chain. The study refers to responsible activities in the scope of research and development as well as technology implementation in creating shared value (CSV). It was emphasized that the shared value is related to the CSR development. The significance of the technological opportunity was discussed. The role of open innovations was depicted. Proposals for assessment of the interaction between innovativeness and responsibility were put forward. The impact of the CSR on the technological innovativeness was indicated. It was emphasized that the CSR can be used as an innovation support factor. The types of innovations influenced by the CRS were presented.W rozdziale omówiono pojęcie technologii w ujęciu nauk o zarządzaniu. Rozpatrzono możliwości tworzenia technologii odpowiedzialnych z wykorzystaniem koncepcji odpowiedzialnej przedsiębiorczości, odpowiedzialnej innowacyjności oraz CSR (Corporate social responsibility – społeczna odpowiedzialność przedsiębiorstwa czy biznesu). W pracy zwrócono uwagę na związki między przedsiębiorczością i rozwojem technologicznym, podkreślając znaczenie zarządzania wiedzą w kontekście rozwoju technologii. Wskazano miejsce przedsiębiorczości i innowacyjności w wybranych teoriach odnoszących się do nauk o zarządzaniu, jak również scharakteryzowano te pojęcia w aspekcie odpowiedzialności społecznej, w tym ekologicznej. Zwrócono uwagę na miejsce technologii w łańcuchu wartości. Odniesiono się do odpowiedzialnych działań w zakresie badań i rozwoju oraz realizacji technologii w tworzeniu wartości wspólnej (CSV, creating share value).
