Patients with DOR who undergo IVF require special care and an individualized approach due to the poor prognosis. The IVF procedure is multi-stage, and each step should be carefully planned, with treatments tailored to DOR patients. The review article was prepared based on an analysis of the latest research findings and ESHRE recommendations for all stages of in vitro fertilization in patients with DOR. The article discusses the results of 32 articles published over the last 5 years, including 23 articles published in 2024–2026.
