In theoretical terms the article presented the definition of integration, its various kinds, dimensions and factors. The study in question was conducted by means of an interview where the questions involved the following things: Are the respondents happy about studying in Poland? What difficulties do they encounter? What reactions do they get to their ethnic dissimilarity? How do they perceive Poles? What diff erences do they see between Poles and Ukrainians?
