Pozycja Charakterystyka nieformalnych struktur podkultury przestępczej(Oficyna Wydawnicza AFM, 2015) Tomasz, Witold; Hejmej, AngelikaPrison sentence used in Polish penal system is one of the most widely criticised punishments used for criminals. The convicted are sent into prisons or detention centres, which makes them (the incarcerated) even more vulnerable to committing a crime due to their isolation and solitary confi nement. In this way, a distinct subculture is created. It is conditioned by many factors which determine its size, form, norms and rules enforced by the prisoners. The phenomenon of prison subculture causes a wide range of negative consequences, e.g. self-aggression; aggression towards other inmates, prison offi cers, or even family; mental or physical abuse; mental or sexual disorders. Such situations have a negative infl uence on the process of resocialisation, because they are destructive for the personality of a prisoner, especially for a juvenile delinquent as his/her decision making possibilities related to themselves are limited. Therefore, one might venture to say that the bigger the infl uence of subculture norms and rules, the more disturbed the process of resocialisation.Pozycja Ku dobrej szkole skoncentrowanej na uczniach T. 2(Oficyna Wydawnicza AFM, 2014) Morbitzer, Janusz; Bierówka, Joanna; Sajdak, Anna; Musiał, Emilia; Darasz-Szuba, Marta; Boczarowa, Ołena; Giza, Teresa; Pułka, Jolanta; Dobijański, Mariusz; Brańka, Zofia; Zinkiewicz, Beata; Jagodziński, Waldemar; Kuc, Maria; Szwarc, Alina; Adamowicz, Michał; Piekarski, Marian; Hejmej, Angelika; Perończyk, Kamil; Rusnak, Zbigniew; Gajęcka, Jolanta; Kuźma, Józef; Pułka, JolantaPozycja Państwo i Społeczeństwo nr 2, 2015 : Służby mundurowe: organizacja pracy, stres i wypalenie zawodowe(Oficyna Wydawnicza AFM, 2015) Leśniak, Małgorzata; Szaszkiewicz, Maciej; Czekaj, Katarzyna; Malczewska-Błaszczyk, Agnieszka; Wach, Ewa; Tomasz, Witold; Hejmej, Angelika; Krystyan, Tomasz M.; Jasińska, Anna; Lickiewicz, Jakub; Szymańska, Jolanta; Burkiewicz, Łukasz; Czerwińska-Jakimiuk, Ewa; Lizak, Zygmunt; Leśniak, Małgorzata; Majchrowski, Jacek M.Pozycja Zabójca z motywów seksualnych(Oficyna Wydawnicza AFM, 2015) Hejmej, AngelikaNumerous studies, interviews, observations or probing inquiries and analyses of homicide as a forbidden act allow the investigators to thoroughly distinguish and explore the motives, the personality and the environment of the perpetrator. The act of killing, regardless of the motive, is always conditioned by various factors such as family, upbringing, environment, society, life experiences, diseases, injuries, relations with others, etc. It is, as it can be clearly seen, a wide spectrum, of which the motives and the perpetrator’s functioning in the world constitute only a small part. The motivation is crucially important as it provides us with information about the direct cause of the murder and it allows us to organise the crime of killing into appropriate categories. Homicide can be classified into the following categories based on the type of motive: sexual, economical, emotional and fear factor which is extremely important in the diagnostic process as well as during the stage of making a psychological and personal profile of the perpetrator who killed someone. While analysing the crime, it should be remembered that although we are dealing with people who committed the same kind of crime, it is the different motive that differentiates the offenders both in terms of their personality and in the way they treat their victims. The murder itself is not a spontaneous incident but a lifelong process that might result from the whole range of factors and life situations.
