    Wykonywanie zawodu ratownika medycznego w świetle polskich regulacji prawnych

    The aim of this paper is a description of the paramedic profession in terms of the law rules in Republic of Poland. In this article is discussed the problem of access to the above profession on the basis of the current regulations contained in the Law on Emergency Medical Services of 8 September 2006, as well as on the proposal of the Minister of Health of 19 August 2014 containing legislative amendments Except of the legal conditions which are currently required to be a paramedic, in this paper are also briefly described the problems of the rights and duties of paramedics, especially in the context of the obligatory professional development.
