    The article deals with the problem of legal nature of the donation contract with the duty o f the donee in favor of a third party in the civil legislation of Ukraine. On the basis of civil law and legal literature the specifics of such contract is revealed, as well as its correlation with other related contracts. Special attention is devoted to the right for claim that the third party gets entitled to due to such contracts.
