Opinie studentów ukraińskich na temat ich integracji akademickiej

This paper is a presentation of the results of a questionnaire whose main aim was to get acquainted with the opinions of Ukrainians studying at Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Cracow University about their academic integration at the above mentioned university. In theoretical terms the article presented the definition of integration, its various kinds, dimensions and factors. The study in question was conducted by means of an interview where the questions involved the following things: Are the respondents happy about studying in Poland? What difficulties do they encounter? What reactions do they get to their ethnic dissimilarity? How do they perceive Poles? What diff erences do they see between Poles and Ukrainians? It appeared that the respondents realized diff erent models of integration, however the proposition being the result of the study is to create a lot of space for dialogue and integration for both Polish and Ukrainian students.
