    The article deals with the main issues of WTO trade liberalization and it describes the key points of the negotiations during Doha Development Agenda. It shortly shows the main points of the history of discussions between partners (i.e. “The July 2004 package”, WTO Ministerial Conference in Hong Kong), better and worse moments of that process but it especially concentrates on the last Mini-Ministerial Conference, which took place in July 2008 in Geneva. That meeting was to be the last one during that round. Unfortunately, the DDA negotiations were to be suspended again because the gaps between main players remained too wide.
