It is common knowledge that until recently neoconservatism has been dominant on the American political stage. But again it should be clearly emphasized that this doctrine had been undergoing ideological changes since the time of its origin – it was when the idea of Liberals of Cold War whose leading aim was to firmly oppose to anti -communist block was born – till it has started to take the imperial shape. There also has been a considerable change regarding internal policy. The new issues being the core of initial phase of this doctrine – that is coming back to traditional conservative views as well as a strong desire to convince the society to traditional values of the republican such as prudence, courage or compassion – have turned out to be a binding code in general public of America nowadays
