    Nowadays, technology which is used in medicine makes the quality of life better, but also is related to the risk, such as database loss, hacking, as well as health service served by a person who is not qualifi ed. It is clear that a person whi is not qualifi ed and served health service is legally responsable for such crime. However, it is diffi cult to analise if a person who committed a crime „hacking” is also responsable for a diff erent crime – health service served by a person who is not qualifi ed. It seems that such person can be classifi ed as a form of aiding.
