    The paper will be presented the issue of knowledge management and talent in the company. As part of this management plays a special role training of human resources, which allows you to fully develop their potential employees and unleash creative attitude and innovation. Improvement of employees is important issue of andragogy or pedagogy adults. Adult, despite the ongoing process of biological aging, lifelong learning has considerable potential for growth and learning opportunities. Teaching adults, however, requires application of the laws of andragogy and adult developmental psychology. The paper will present examples of modern educational strategies for adults.
