| dc.description.abstract | Hipotermia jest jedną z tych odwracalnych przyczyn zatrzymania krążenia, które wymagają zmiany algorytmu postępowania. Wymuszone jest to zwolnieniem metabolizmu pacjenta co może doprowadzić do kumulacji toksycznych stężeń leków lub zapaści w wyniku zbyt szybkiej lub gwałtownej podaży leków. Niewłaściwe postępowanie z wychłodzonym pacjentem może pogorszyć jego stan, dlatego ważne jest, aby prawidłowo zdiagnozować i zaklasyfikować hipotermię, a następnie wdrożyć odpowiednie procedury. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | Hypothermia is one of these reversible causes of cardiac arrest which require a change in the management algorithm. It is due to reduced metabolism in a patient, which may lead to accumulation of toxic concentrations of drugs or a collapse as a result of too rapid or irruptive administration of medicines. Inappropriate management of a hypothermic patient may worsen their health condition. Thereby, it is crucial to diagnose and classify hypothermia properly and then implement appropriate procedures. | pl |
