There are currently nine ADR entities in the register maintained by President of the UOKiK, six public and three private ones. The public entities with sectoral competence are: President of the Office of Electronic Communications, Financial Ombudsman, Rail Passenger Ombudsman under the President of the Office of Rail Transport, Arbitration Court at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, Negotiations Coordinator with the President of the Energy Regulatory Office. Trade Inspection, a public entity with horizontal dimension, covers disputes for which a relevant sectoral ADR has not been established. The private entities, as at 1 March 2018, are: Polish Bank Association — Banking Ombudsman Scheme, Chamber of Digital Economy and “Friendly Flying” Air Passenger Watchdog.
