| dc.description.abstract | "Seit 2007 sind zehn postkommunistische Lander Europas in der Europaischen Union. Der Transatlantischen Allianz waren diese Lander schon zuvor beigetreten. Damit hat der europaische Integrationsprozess ein Stadium erreicht, der fur die weitere Entwicklung, sowohl des postkommumstischen Teils des Kontinents, ais auch fiir Europa insgesamt gute Perspektiven verspricht. Es ist absehbar, dass in naher Zukunft diese Integration um den siidosteuropaischen Raum komplettiert werden wird. Die weiter im Osten des Kontinents gelegenen Lander - Moldawien, Belarus, die Ukrainę und Russland, wie auch die Kaukasusrepubliken - werden durch Kooperations- und Assoziationsvertrage, sowie durch spezielle Programme an Europa herangefuhrt."(...) | pl |
