| dc.description.abstract | The work analyses Austrian criminal procedures from 1853 and 1873, studying selected cases heard by the Criminal Land Court in Kraków. The objective behind the comparison of the two acts is to portray the transformation of Austrian criminal procedure in time. It evolved from the inquisitive model with its dominant theory of legal proof to the mixed trial based on the right of confrontation. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | Der Autor setzt sich mit den österreichischen Strafverfahren von 1853 und 1873 am Beispiel ausgewählter Gerichtssachen auseinander, die dem k. k. Landesgericht für Strafsachen zu Krakau vorlagen. Eine Vergleichsanalyse dieser beiden Rechtsakten soll zeigen, welchen Veränderungen das österreichische Strafverfahren im Laufe der Zeit unterlag. Denn in dieser Zeit evolvierte das Verfahren vom Inquisitionsprozess mit gesetzlicher Beweistheorie zum kontradiktorischen Modell. | pl |
