Obrażenia powstałe w wyniku eksplozji materiałów wybuchowych nie są często spotykane w Polsce. Znajomość czynników, które je wywołują, może pomóc w skutecznym udzielaniu pomocy. Obrażenia te są często bardzo skomplikowane ponieważ na ich powstanie ma wpływ wiele różnych czynników. Może je wywołać zarówno sam wybuch, jego fala uderzeniowa, ciśnienie, temperatura jak i pośrednio czynniki wchodzące w skład otoczenia poszkodowanego, którymi mogą być fragmentujące odłamki. Niniejsza praca zawiera opis urazów które są powodowane przez wybuch materiałów, jak również innymi czynnikami związanymi z wybuchem.

The injures caused by the blast of the expolosives are not widely met in Poland. Knowledge of the factors which cause them may help to provide effective help to injured persons. These injures are usually very complicated because they can be caused by many different factors. They can be caused not only by the explosion itself, its shockwave, air pressure, temperature, but also by the indirect factors which may be part of the environment of the victim like fragmenting shrapnels or derbis. These thesis describe the injures caused by the explosion and all other factors connected with the blast of the explosives.
