| dc.description.abstract | W eseju przedstawiono cztery spersonalizowane interpretacje idei estetycznych powiązanych z tematyką piękna w urbanistyce. Nazwano je „obliczami piękna”. Odpowiadają im wymyślone przez autora terminy: „piękno niewzruszone”, „piękno pitagorejskie”, „piękno urbanistyczne” i „piękno Tischnerowskie”. Określenia te odpowiadają czterem typom sytuacji, w jakich wartości krajobrazu, architektury i urbanistyki wiążą się z doświadczaniem humanistycznych wartości. Kompozycję tekstu pomyślano jako swego rodzaju „niedokończone rozmowy” ze śp. profesorem Wojciechem Kosińskim. Ich treść nawiązuje – w znacznej mierze – do głównych przesłań jego dwóch książek: Miasto i piękno miasta oraz Paradygmat miasta XXI wieku. | pl |
| dc.description.abstract | The essay presents four personalized interpretations of aesthetic ideas related to the theme of beauty in urbanism. They were called “the faces of beauty”. The terms, coined by the author and corresponding to them, are: “unshakable beauty”, “Pythagorean beauty”, “urban beauty” and “Tischnerian beauty”. These terms correspond to the four types of situations in which the values of landscape, architecture and urban planning are related to the experience of human values. The composition of the text was conceived as a kind of “unfi nished talks” with the late professor Wojciech Kosiński. Their content refers – to a large extent – to the main messages of his two books: The City and the Beauty of the City and The City Paradigm of the 21st Century. | pl |
