Act on the amendment to act - Public Procurement Law and certain acts of 13 April 2007 (“Journal of Laws”, No 82, item 560) signed by the President of the Republic of Poland on 25 April 2007 which entered into force on 11 June 2007 has formed a new, conceived as a quasicourt, institution - the National Appeal Chamber to the Public Procurement Network President. The Chamber shall professionally and expertly carry out tasks related to appeal proceedings under the Act on Public Procurement and contribute to make the applied public procurement law uniform. The amendment to act shall be decisive in public finance network and framework of small and medium enterprises.
