| dc.description.abstract | Civic engagement and the civil society remain essential components of a democratic system. Using the theories of Karl Mannheim concerning the existence of generations, the authors of this text have undertaken to develop a research tool (a questionnaire), which will enable them to verify the extent to which civic engagement is prevalent among representatives of generation Z, that is, individuals born between 1995 and 2008. The text contains information about how the questionnaire was created, describing the process of selecting the questions in detail, and presents the results of pilot studies conducted in June 2023. | |
