dc.description.abstractZagadnienia osiągnięć stabilizacji i odbudowy Afganistanu rozpatrywane są w artykule w czterech zasadniczych obszarach – bezpieczeństwa, politycznym, gospodarczym i społecznym. Mimo znacznego zaangażowania osobowego i finansowego efekty stabilizacji i odbudowy Afganistanu są ograniczone. Najgorzej prezentuje się sytuacja w zakresie bezpieczeństwa państwa. W artykule postawiono tezę, że należy utrzymać zewnętrzne wsparcie dla Afganistanu, włącznie z zaangażowaniem sił wojskowych, ponieważ w przeciwnym wypadku może dojść do przejęcia władzy przez talibów i zaprzepaszczenia dotychczasowych osiągnięć. Jednocześnie należy kontynuować działania na rzecz pojednania narodowego, aby zakończyć wieloletni konflikt zbrojny i utrzymać zdobycze ostatnich lat.pl
dc.description.abstractThe issues of the article concern the achievements of the stabilization and reconstruction of Afghanistan. They are considered in four main areas – security as well as political, economic and social aspects. Despite the fact of considerable personal sacrifice and financial commitment, the achievements of the stabilization and reconstruction of Afghanistan are limited. The worst situation is in the area of national security. There was a thesis submitted in the article that the external support for Afghanistan should be maintained, including the involvement of military forces, because without it, the Taliban may seize power and undermine the existing achievements. At the same time, efforts for national reconciliation should be continued in order to end the multi-annual military conflict and maintain the gains of recent years.pl
