| dc.description.abstract | Autorka zaznajamia czytelnika ze zjawiskami społeczno-kulturowymi powstającymi na styku dwóch światów: kultura – ideologia/polityka. Można stwierdzić, iż związki te są tak stare, jak zaangażowanie jednostki w uprawianie polityki. Sztuka może wzmacniać przekaz ideologiczny, uatrakcyjniać go, a nawet czynić go bardziej zrozumiałym. Teatr alternatywny lat 60., to taki, który realizuje odmienne hierarchie wartości, odmienne zachowania. Jego odmienność polega na kwestionowaniu i chęci „ulepszania” zastanego świata. Przede wszystkim kwestionowana jest kultura zachodnia, kontestatorzy pragną stworzyć odmienne od współcześnie im dominujących style i formy życia społecznego. Do czasu kontestacji teatr często pozostawał w cieniu, stanowił co najwyżej bierne odbicie rzeczywistości. W latach 60. sytuacja się zmieniła, ponieważ jednym z ważniejszych i bardziej charakterystycznych pojęć dla kontestatorów było uczestnictwo – stąd teatr nie nawoływał do buntu, nie moralizował – on w buncie uczestniczył. Widzowie nie odbierali przekazu, oni uczestniczyli w spektaklu. Pozwoliło to na integracje obu stron i połączenie wszystkich w magicznym święcie rewolucji i teatru, które nie pozostało bez wpływu na główny nurt życia społecznego i politycznego Stanów Zjednoczonych. | pl_PL |
| dc.description.abstract | Th e author introduces the reader to the socio-cultural phenomena emerging at the crossroads of two worlds: culture – ideology / politics. It can be concluded that this compound is as old as the practise of politics. Art can strengthen ideological message, liven it up and even make it clearer. Alternative theater in the 60s is the one that performs different hierarchies of values, differentbehaviors. Its desire was to “improve” the ambient world. First of all, it had challenged Western culture, wanted to create a form distinct from the dominant contemporary forms of social life. Until the counterculture of the 60s theater often remained in the background, it was just a passive reflection of reality. In the 60s the situation has changed, as one of the most important and most characteristic concepts of rebellion became “to participate” – and the theater became an active participant in the rebellion and the audience started to take part in the show. Th is allowed for the integration of both sides and the combination of all in the magical celebration of the revolution. Such theater had a huge impact on the mainstream of social and political life of the United States in the 60s. | pl_PL |
