dc.description.abstractWprowadzenie: W opracowaniu podjęto tematykę zysków i strat w kontekście deklarowanych przez badanych różnych zasobów psychologicznych. Postawiono pytanie, czy zasoby wyróżnione na podstawie koncepcji Hobfolla wiążą się z zasobami z innych koncepcji teoretycznych. Poszukuje się również szerszego kontekstu oddziaływań badanych zasobów odnośnie do doświadczanych sytuacji trudnych przez osoby badane, a także związanych z tym emocji negatywnych. Materiał i metody: W badaniu uczestniczyło 185 osób, w tym 143 kobiety oraz 42 mężczyzn. Wiek badanych wahał się od 18 do 66 lat (średni wiek 36 lat). W badaniach wykorzystano m.in.: Kwestionariusz Samooceny Zysków i Strat (COR), Kwestionariusz SOC-29, Skalę Prężności (SPP-25), Skalę GSES, Test PLT, Inwentarze STAI oraz NEO-FFI. Wyniki: Wyniki badań uwidaczniają występowanie wielu istotnych zależności dodatnich pomiędzy badanymi zasobami ogólnymi (i ich składowymi), czyli między poczuciem koherencji, prężności, sensu życia i własnej skuteczności. Istnieje także wiele zależności pomiędzy zasobami a emocjami negatywnymi oraz wymiarami osobowości. Wnioski: Można zauważyć dużą spójność zasobów w omawianych koncepcjach teoretycznych, a tym samym w mechanizmach ich oddziaływania, np. w radzeniu sobie przez człowieka w sytuacji trudnej. Można przyjąć, że zasoby wzajemnie się wzmacniają, czyli że siła ich oddziaływania będzie tym większa, im więcej zasobów będzie posiadała dana jednostka (a poziom danego zasobu będzie wyższy).
dc.description.abstractIntroduction: The study addresses the issue of profits and losses in the context of various psychological resources declared by the respondents. The question was asked whether the resources distinguished on the basis of Hobfoll’s concept are related to resources from other theoretical concepts. A broader context of the impact of the studied resources is also sought regarding the difficult situations experienced by the respondents, as well as the negative emotions related to them. Material and methods: 185 people participated in the study, including 143 women and 42 men. The age of the respondents ranged from 18 to 66 years (average age 36 years). The research used included: the Self-Assessment of Gains and Losses Questionnaire (COR), the SOC-29 Questionnaire, the Resilience Scale (SPP-25), the GSES Scale, the PLT Test, the STAI and NEO-FFI Inventories. Results: The research results show the existence of many significant positive relationships between the examined general resources (and their components), i.e. between the sense of coherence, resilience, meaning in life, and self-efficacy. There are also many relationships between resources and negative emotions and personality dimensions. Conclusions: A high coherence of resources can be observed in the discussed theoretical concepts, and thus in the mechanisms of their impact, e.g. in how a person copes with a difficult situation. It can be assumed that resources are mutually reinforcing, i.e. the greater the strength of their impact, the more resources a given entity has (and the higher the level of a given resource).
