The Increase of the Employees Salaries in Poland as the Condition of the Realization of the Sustainable Development The programs of social - economic development for the years 2007 - 2013 assume the realization of the sustainable development. The realization of this conception is based on the growth of effective demand on goods and services, including intemal demand and that is rely on the increase of the hired employees, including the growth of the minimal salaries. Taking into consideration of this assumption, the article presents the results of the research conceming the level of salaries in Poland and the UE countries. It is justified that the Iow salaries of the hired employees in Poland, including the Iow minimal salaries could not be justified in the level efficiency and costs labour.
